If you are a normal twitch user, your streams are saved for 14 days in general.

In the case of turbo users, partners, or affiliates, the streams will be present for 60 days. 

This is one way of saving your own streams.

You can also save the same as highlights.

If you don’t want your videos to get deleted after the given time, you can save them permanently as highlights. Here is how to save streams on twitch as highlights. 

Before you begin with this method, ensure that the ‘Store past broadcasts’ option is on.

This process is not possible when that selection is off. 

  • Go to the twitch browser and log in to your channel with your user credentials. 
  • Head to the profile icon present in the top-right corner of the window and go to the ‘Channel’ section. 
  • Once your twitch channel opens, click on the ‘Videos’ option from it.
